Market Update

Whilst the second half of the financial year saw a significant drop in the number of enquiries due to the COVID-19 pandemic overall it was terrific to see leasing transactions still occurring. Some notable leasing transactions for the year are listed here.


FY20 - Mid Year Update

We have had a successful start to the financial year leasing in the order of 17,792m2. This takes us to a total of 26,715m2 of leased office space since the business began just over twelve months ago.


The Urban Renewal precinct continues to tighten

The Urban Renewal precinct continues to tighten with the recent leasing of 1024 Ann Street, Fortitude Valley. In a coup for the Emporium master planned precinct, Workspace365 recently committed to a 2,350m2 full building lease on a 10-year term. Market sources suggest that a gross rental of $485-$500/sqm was achieved for the transaction.
