The refurbishment will hero the existing character features, including the large arch windows and exposed brick. The exterior is being brought back to the original sandstone brickwork and include a striking green living wall as the new building combines its history with a modern sustainability focus. The building is located within Fortitude Valley's entertainment precinct and a short walk to Fortitude Valley Train Station.
